Shipping Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that are new or slightly used, in good condition, in their original packaging where possible, clean and resalable, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.

For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or lost after investigation, Neylon will cover the cost of return shipping, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
